So, Who Is George Salas?

Hi! I’m George and believe it or not, I’m just like you. I was excited but likewise afraid and nervous and without a clue on what to do or what to expect when I first began my short-term rental business. I also had no experience, training or guidance. I did it mostly wrong which is how I figured to do it right. My life has been a living laboratory of trial, error, failure, and success. I created this membership to help save you lots of unnecessary pain and to significantly accelerate your success— by helping you do it right the first time!


I know the uncertainty you feel as I took a leap of faith, myself from 10+ year branding & marketing journey into the competitive Houston Real Estate space in early 2018. But with hardwork, a great team by my side and heaven’s help, I was able to successfully built a 7-figure Short-Term Rental business in just a short period. I gained $8M+ in short-term rental assets that averaged $100k-150k+ monthly, got featured in over 30 Real Estate publications & podcasts alongside some of the top Real Estate Entrepreneurs in the country and helped over 500+ real estate investors achieve financial independence through my short-term rental model.


But more than being a Short-Term Rental Investor, Operator, Strategist, and Entrepreneur, I’m also an Athlete, Avid Traveler, Dog Lover, Husband to an amazing woman, and Father to an adorable baby boy.

Short-term rentals tick all these for me and it became the ticket to my now thriving 7-figure real estate business. Despite the 2019 pandemic, the 2022 recession, on and off seasonal demands, and red hot competition in the short-term rental market, I was able to successfully remodel my business and scale my portfolio.
